Wayne Hoeberlein has over 25 years of experience providing expert services to clients in the area of damages in disputes. Much of that experience has been in connection with intellectual property matters, breach of contract cases, and tortious interference matters. He has also consulted with counsel in several matters involving auditor malpractice and has served as an arbitrator in purchase price disputes. Mr. Hoeberlein has testified a number of times in federal court and in arbitration hearings in matters relating to commercial litigation and intellectual property.

Prior to joining BRG, Mr. Hoeberlein was with UHY Advisors; a managing director with Aon Consulting, Inc.; a managing director at Kroll, Inc.; and a founding member of Hoeberlein Associates, LLC, a firm specializing in providing litigation consulting services to counsel. From 1986 to 1996, Mr. Hoeberlein was a partner in Arthur Andersen, LLP's New York Litigation Services Practice. During his tenure at Arthur Andersen, Mr. Hoeberlein had several roles, including head of the New York Litigation Consulting Division, partner in charge of the Intellectual Property practice for the Northeast Region, and head of the firm's New York Office Government Contract Consulting Services Practice.

Mr. Hoeberlein is a Certified Public Accountant (New York) and a member of the New York State Bar (non-active).
