Steve Clarke has 35 years of accounting, finance, and management experience with companies in a wide range of industries. He has been engaged as an expert hundreds of times for cases including intellectual property damages cases involving in excess of $100 billion in claims, business valuations, commercial and non-commercial damages, and the prudence of management actions.

Mr. Clarke has held responsible positions in the entertainment industry (e.g., motion pictures, cable television, professional sports, arena design, construction, and management), the airline industry, and public accounting. He has managed operations in Europe, North America, Africa, and the Far East, as well as start-up operations (in cable television, professional sports, on-line video gaming, and construction) and business restructuring (auto distributorship, retail and wholesale construction products, health care, and real estate). 

Mr. Clarke has investigated numerous allegedly fraudulent activities, provided management on an interim basis in a broad range of industries, developed strategic plans, valued businesses with a fair market value of about $20 billion, and assisted in the management of change at numerous entities.

Mr. Clarke is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner, and is a Chartered Accountant in England and Wales.
