Mr. Shields has performed numerous solvency studies and has valued business interests and assets for corporate reorganizations and distressed sales. Mr. Shields also has expertise in the assessment of economic damages and the evaluation of business feasibility, particularly in the context of financial distress and bankruptcy. He has testified in federal and state courts on numerous occasions and has performed services as a special master and mediator.
