Kerry Ruoff has more than 25 years of experience dedicated to damages analysis, forensic financial investigations, and conducting independent financial and operational audits. Her extensive experience includes preparing both damages claims and rebuttal claims, for which she has been recognized by federal and state courts as an expert. On numerous occasions she has testified on matters involving lost profits, reasonable royalties, and breach of contract issues. She has also testified on allocation of damages issues in environmental insurance coverage matters.

Recognizing her extensive experience in the areas of accounting, auditing, and forensic accounting, Ms. Ruoff has led numerous forensic financial investigations and has actively consulted with counsel and clients in high-profile white collar crime matters.
