For nearly 30 years, Jim Harden has performed valuations, expert witness, and strategic consulting for domestic and international oil and gas companies for mergers and acquisitions; purchase allocations; state, local, federal, and international tax planning; and insurance- and litigation-support purposes.

His clients include international integrated oil companies, national oil companies, independent oil companies, independent refiners, petrochemical companies, upstream and midstream master limited partnerships, ethanol producers, utilities, global drillers, and oilfield service companies. He has worked in more than 40 countries.
