Mr. Reichert’s expertise includes financial damages, forensic accounting, and special purpose investigations regarding accounting, auditing, fraud, internal controls, fiduciary duties, and financial discloses issues. Mr. Reichert has served as an expert in numerous types of litigation cases including professional malpractice, fraudulent conveyance, breach of fiduciary duties, bankruptcy, and breach of contract matters. Mr. Reichert has testified before federal, state, bankruptcy, and administrative courts.
Mr. Reichert also has extensive experience consulting with clients in the financial services industry. His experience includes advising financial services companies and their regulators during past and current banking crises on the financial, economic, and accounting aspects of disputes, and civil and criminal litigation stemming from troubled or failed financial institutions located throughout the country.
