Clarke B. Nelson specializes in the computation and analysis of economic damages. He has significant experience in forensic accounting, financial and fraud investigations, breach of contract issues, and intellectual property matters such as patent, trademark, and copyright infringement, and trade secret misappropriation.
Mr. Nelson has been qualified as an expert in a variety of federal and state courts, issued findings on matters under arbitration and mediation; has prepared reports and documented analyses; and has submitted findings both inside and outside the context of litigation.
Mr. Nelson is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified in Financial Forensics.
