Carl R. Danner is an expert in the applied economics and finance of firms and industries, and in public policy and government regulation. He has nearly two decades of consulting experience and extensive senior-level government service in utility regulation.

Dr. Danner has advised clients or their counsel on corporate strategy or approaches to consequential issues; conducted research for reports, white papers, or persuasive advocacy materials; and prepared and delivered formal testimony in judicial, legislative, or administrative forums. His research and publications have addressed the electricity, communications, natural gas, water, and postal industries.
