Blake Inglish has consulted on numerous matters involving accounting, economic, financial, and valuation issues. He has spent more than 15 years assisting businesses, government entities, and law firms in analyzing profits, costs, cash flows, market trends, valuations, relevant regulations and laws, and other financial data. Mr. Inglish has valued a wide range of businesses, business/intellectual property assets, and income streams. He has also provided strategic guidance to companies and inventors, including those involved in licensing negotiations and commercialization efforts.

Mr. Inglish has experience testifying as an expert witness in deposition and at trial (jury and bench). He has been qualified as an expert at trial in federal courts across multiple jurisdictions including California, Texas, and Nevada. Mr. Inglish has also provided expert testimony in arbitration and mediation settings. In addition, he has advised clients involved in other dispute settings such as the International Trade Commission, the International Chamber of Commerce, Securities and Exchange Commission inquiries, and Defense Contract Audit Agency investigations. Mr. Inglish has provided expert testimony in a wide array of matters involving claims such as patent infringement, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, trade dress, misappropriation of trade secrets, false advertising, false origin, defamation, libel, breach of contract, unfair business practices, fraud, and breach of fiduciary responsibility.

Mr. Inglish has been a featured speaker for several organizations including the USC Gould School of Law Intellectual Property Institute, the Practising Law Institute, the Los Angeles Intellectual Property Law Association, the American Bar Association, and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Inglish has also taught several continuing professional/legal education programs at many of the largest law firms in the country. Mr. Inglish has served as a national instructor for global consulting companies in the areas of intellectual property, financial modeling, and damages analysis. He is also a guest lecturer at various universities.
