Andreas Groehn advises clients on antitrust issues in merger, alleged abuse of dominance, state aid, and alleged cartel cases before the Federal Trade Commission, the Department of Justice, the European Commission, and other national antitrust authorities, as well as in private litigation. He has monitored compliance with structural and behavioral commitments in the chemical, medical devices, and consumer retail industries as Trustee on behalf of the EC and the FTC and has published on a variety of antitrust economics issues.
Originally from Germany, Dr. Groehn has advised clients across Europe and in the United States out of Brussels, Frankfurt, London, and Washington, D.C. He currently splits his time between Washington and London.
